The Masterplan system requirements
The Masterplan (2026) is Santiago Garcia’s itch.io horror game. This is an unofficial guide.
Updated 2026-10-27. Facts checked 2026-10-27.
I opened the itch.io page looking for a requirements box and there wasn’t one. Santiago Garcia lists Windows and Linux and stops. The table splits “confirmed,” “not published,” and “not supported” so a missing number stays missing.
| Confirmed | Not published | Not supported |
|---|---|---|
| Windows zip, 170 MB, unzip and run | Minimum CPU | Mac |
| Linux zip, 172 MB | Minimum RAM | Android |
| Unity 6000.0.73f1 in the Windows build | Recommended GPU | iOS |
| D3D12 folder and UnityPlayer.dll in the Windows zip | Disk space after unzip | Browser / HTML5 |
| No installer in the Windows zip | Measured frame rate | A Steam build of this game |
What I would do before downloading
- Confirm you are on Windows or Linux. If you are on a Mac or a phone, stop. There is nothing to install.
- Free more than 170 MB. The zip is that size; the unpacked game is larger, and the page does not say how much larger.
- Follow the itch.io steps. Do not use a random “play online” mirror.
Questions
- Will it run on my PC?
- Garcia has not published a minimum CPU, GPU, or RAM figure. The only hard facts are the platform list and the file size. Neither a low-poly art style nor the Unity engine establishes compatibility. No hardware benchmark is available in this guide.
- Is there a Mac version?
- No Mac file was on the itch.io page on 2026-10-27. The 2015 Steam game does list Mac. That is a different game.
- Can I play in the browser or on a phone?
- No. There is no HTML5 build and no Android or iOS build. This website does not embed a copy.
