The Masterplan guides
The Masterplan (2026) is Santiago Garcia’s itch.io horror game. This is an unofficial guide.
Updated 2026-10-27. Facts checked 2026-10-27.
Santiago Garcia did not publish a manual on itch.io. This index is the map I built after watching two full videos and reading the Windows build’s UI strings. It is a chapter skeleton, not a claim that every fuse and key has been solved. Where a step is only a community label, I say so.
Controls I can support
- WASD moves. The mouse looks. Both videos play that way.
- C is the interaction key suggested by an on-screen prompt and by a
cKeystring. Confirm it in the pause menu if your build differs. - Esc opens the menu. I did not see a difficulty option or a chapter select.
- Comments ask for a checkpoint so people can see both endings. That request is evidence the build they played made them replay.
Day to night
Midnight Matinee Games marks a 21:49 video as Home Alone at 0:00, Ouija Board at 5:01, Attic at 14:47, then the two endings. The Demo Daddy’s 33:09 video uses different titles for the same arc: being home alone, inviting the friend, something feeling off, exploring the house, and a climax. I treat those as two witnesses to one afternoon, not as official chapter names.
Interactions the build names
- Pong on a television (
PongMinigame,Eg-Score). - A guitar minigame (
MinigameSong) and a math homework prop (MathHomework). - Pizza and chocolate pickups, a backpack sequence, sitting on a sofa or chair, light switches, a telephone, and an attic hatch.
- No combat loop showed up in either video. I am not going to invent a weapon.
- Walkthrough
Chapter times and the final GO UP / EXIT choice.
- Endings
What each route shows, and what is still unproven.
- How long
Two verified video runtimes. No developer number.
- Is it scary?
Jumpscares, darkness, Ouija, and who may want to skip it.
