Terms of use

By using themasterplan.pro you agree to these terms. The site is a written guide to Santiago Garcia’s 2026 itch.io game. It is not the game, not a store, and not an itch.io account service. The operator can be reached at [email protected].

The game and the pictures

• The game and its original assets belong to Santiago Garcia and their respective rights holders. We use original editorial illustrations and diagrams, not redistributed developer screenshots or video frames.
• We do not host TheMasterplan.zip or the Linux zip. Download them from itch.io. A link on this site is not a re-license of the game.
• Original art made for the home page belongs to this site. Do not crop it and present it as an official screenshot.
• YouTube videos play from YouTube after you click. The uploader keeps that copyright.

Use of the text

You may quote a short passage with a link back to the page. You may not copy whole articles onto another site, and you may not present this guide as Garcia’s own instructions. Facts can be wrong when a page changes. Check the date and the itch.io page before you rely on a file size or a rating.

The guide is provided as information. We are not liable for lost saves, store purchases of a different game that shares the name, or time spent on a video. The privacy policy covers the consent record and email.
